Updating my Tumblog to bring it current.

I’ve finally started adding new fashion and beauty photography content from this year. I expect it to take a couple of weeks to get everything brought current, but from there this blog should be much easier to keep current. With profiles on so many social networking, media and blogging sites, I find it hard to keep them all up to date, but I’m working on a new system that should make things much easier. *crosses fingers.* Well see how this goes! ;)

Top Google+ Photo for May 11th, 2012 in Plus Extract

Delighted to learn that my latest fashion image has been included in the 10 Top Google+ Photographs for May 11th in the Plus Extract by 1150 Pixel Photography Magazine. Thank you Jarek Klimek for including my work once again. I’ve never had an image listed at the top of the extract before. I’m truly honored. What a lovely surprise on Mother’s Day. =)

And, of course… thank you to my brilliant team for their contributions to the shoot and help in creating this lovely image - photo assistant Christopher Wright, designer Nicole Mabalot of Wicked Betty Designs, stylist Michelle Cobble of Wicked Threads Wardrobe Styling, MUA/H Monique McLaughlin and model Angee Killian Huntley.

New Photivity Studio page on Facebook

My husband and studio partner, Christopher Wright, and I have added a new page on Facebook to feature our joint fashion, beauty and commercial photography work. We often work together as a creative/photography team, so it made sense to have a page where our unified body of work can be viewed in its entirety. You can now view our joint work, creative musings, photography and styling tips, studio insights and more on the Photivity Studio page on Facebook. 

We have also added new pages on Google+ and Twitter. I will post links to those shortly for anyone interested in following us on those social networks.
